La Tête is a farm to fork eatery on Bree Street in Cape Town, the result of the culinary dream of two brothers, Giles and James Edwards. Their food philosophy of nose-to-tail is an environmentally conscious one which Chef Giles aims to drive home with his unconventional menu, making use of all parts of the animal. Popular dishes include Mussels Leeks & Bacon, Grilled Green Beans, Goats Cheese & Mint, Chicken Liver Parfait, Octopus, Fennel & Sea Spinach & Linefish, White Beans & Green Sauce.
